Rift Magazine needs your help. We want to keep publishing the print version of the magazine but sometimes we don't sell enough advertising to cover the cost of printing the magazine. Special events and shows do help but also require tons of extra work and being an all volunteer organization the resources can be hard to come by.
Why keep printing if we can't cover the costs? Well we feel that local art and music is important and what we cover always doesn't end up in the nationally owned local publications. We want their to be an alternative to what else is out there and just covering the local indie art scene sometimes limits us to who we can go after for advertising. Our advertisers are independent businesses and we want to be able to keep giving them an affordable place to advertise.
